How and when to pay
There are various options for the payment of your Hayes Creek home.
Option 1 - Staged Payment
A deposit is paid into a solicitor's Trust account followed by five staged payments, with each payment being qualified by an independent valuer/QS recognised by all the major lending institutes (as noted below)
1) A further amount to be paid 5 working days following notification by the Vendor to the Purchaser’s solicitors that a search copy of the title for the property is available and upon payment of which title shall be transferred
2) A further payment on completion of the floor slab being poured.
3) A further payment following completion of the roof on the dwelling.
4) A further payment following the dwelling being closed in.
5) A further payment following Practical Completion and completion of landscaping and site tidy up.
Option 2 - Deposit and settlement in full on completion
Deposit paid into a solicitor's Trust account and the full settlement paid on completion of the house (conformation of title, code of compliance and exterior/landscaping works completed). The purchaser will need to be a qualified buyer, and there will be capitalised interest incorporated into the purchase price. This pricing option will be tailored on a case-by-case scenario
Variations/add-ons
- There have been some predetermined variations/add-ons that can be chosen to be included in the building of each Lot, with predetermined values supplied. If the purchaser requires further variations/add-ons, Vista Management will process the request and provide a fixed price for conformation.
Monitoring Progress on builds
- Vista Management will provide logon access to the website so that purchasers can monitor progress and follow the timeline for completion
