Hayes Creek homes are designed to pass cost savings onto you, the purchaser. By building multiple houses, Vista Management is able to directly control the cost and quality of every aspect of the build. The price of your home includes:
- ‘Fee simple’ titled property
- Standalone house with 3-4 bedroom (see individual properties) with study and double garaging
- Code of compliance to New Zealand and local authority requirements along with Masterbuild 10 year Guarantee
- Quality carpeting
- Waste disposal
- Heat source (either heat pump or gas fireplace)
- Concrete exposed aggregate driveway and entrance to house
- Outside patio area
- Frontage landscaping, timber pale boundary fencing (See overall site plan)
- Mail box and clothes-line, to finish off your home
That little bit extra
However we understand that sometimes you want to spend that little extra at the start to make life easier down the line. To allow for this, Hayes Creek has provided optional extras to your basic price. These extras allow further personalisation of your home at bulk-buying rates and offer the chance to make sure absolutely everything’s covered under your purchase price.
